Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will make it right. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@primetrendmarket.us with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return required.
Change of Mind / Wrong Size As our products ship directly from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size orders. Please review product descriptions and sizing carefully before purchasing.
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
No Return Shipments Please do not ship items back to any address without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
